My 25 plus year journey...

To be an architect I figured I would start in the field.

I did.

I worked for a construction crew as a rookie framer in 1999 while going to school.

I was able to come in from the cold and started drafting in an architects office and then working for a home designer with a stint as a framer again, but this time only during a summer!

Gratitude for the experience and a desire to grow lead me to establish dddrafting.  It is not a typical name for a design firm as it's not a typical company.
